BSNL 3G BSNL seems to entice all 2G subscribers with what 3G can do.For this BSNL is offering free  video calls to all subscribers independent of whether you are a 3G subscriber or not.Needless to say you will need to have a 3G capable handsets.This promotional offer is valid for 3 months from 18.05.2009 or date of launch of 3G service, whichever is latter.
