I have bsnl prepaid connection and gprs is activated on my nokia 3500Classic phone. But i am unable to connnect my mobile to laptop through data cable.On my laptop I get the message”No supported phone is coonnected” , On my mobile I get the message”Subscribe packet data first”. When I try to browse on my mobile through operamini 4.3 , get a message “internet connection failed”. But on phone default browser it works fine. I have contacted the bsnl customer care but in vein.Please help me.

I have nokia 6300 mobile using bsnl . I have followed your step but when i am trying to connect message comes subscribe to packet data first.
