I am using NOKIA C-2-03 My contact no. is 9415156230( Pre Paid) .GPRS service actvated since last about 2 years .previously my Hand Set was NOKIA 2600-C .But at this time i am using above mentioned Hand Set NOKIA C-2-03 .I called bsnl service call center on 1503.The customer supprt officer send setting online.I tried several times to connect internet but not connected. pls tell me the what is the problem & what I can do to avail the service( GPRS)

I have Motorola MB855 phone and bsnl internet service. Despite Manual configuration as advised by bsnl customer care the internet does not work on it. Please help
